Account Options

This screen contains several options available that are not used on a regular basis.

Account Services

1. General Inquiry: Use this option to send a secure message to Arrowhead e-Branch Technical Support

2. Online Account Alerts: Use this option to be notifed when something specific happens in regards to your account. For instance, when the balance falls or rises above a specific balance.

Financial Services

1. Withdraw Funds by Check: This option allows you to have the system issue a check to you automatically. The check will be send to the address you have on file in your account. There is a minimum check about of $25.00.

2. Stop Payment: Use this option to stop payment on one check or a range of checks.

3. Open Additional Shares: This option allows you to open a Money Market account without even having to visit the branch!

4. Certificate Management: Use this option to view your Certificates.

Annual reports

1. Annual Account Reporting: Use this option to view your dividends, withholdings and penalties.

Account Options

1. Change e-Code: Use this option to change your e-Code.

2. Change eMail: Use this option to update your email address or add another.

3. Statement Option: Use this option to sign up for eStatements, our electronic statements. eStatements are free. By choosing this option you will no longer receive paper statements.

4. Change Address: Use the option to make changes to your address and phone number(s).
