to Change or Delete a Batch
Change
Information:
1. Select the
batch that you want to change by clicking on it under the Batch
column. That batch information displays on the screen.
2. Make the appropriate changes. You will not be able to change
the Batch field. You will need to delete the incorrect batch and
re-create a new one with the correct batch number.
3. Click Submit to save any changes. Click Cancel to ignore any
changes that were made.
Notes: You
can click on a number under the Account column to view batch details.
If you are a Cash Management user, you will see batch details
and user’s transaction and risk limits. If a batch is saved
without detail, the message "No ACH Detail Available"
displays on the ACH Batch Detail screen.
How
to Delete a Batch:
1. Select the batch that you want to delete by clicking on it under
the Batch column. That batch information displays on the screen.
2. Click Delete. The message, “Batch XXXXXXX Deleted”,
displays.
