e-Branch User Guide
Arrowhead Credit Union's home banking product e-Branch is full of easy-to-use features! It is so advanced, it is actually simple. You don't have to be a computer expert to use it.
e-Branch Enrollment
Go to www.arrowheadcu.org
Click on the "New User" tab on the Login box on the right-hand side of the homepage.
*Note: If you opened your account online or have not been provided a temporary e-code, please call us at
(800) 743-7228 so that we can set one up for you.
Enter your Arrowhead Credit Union Membership Account number and e-Code on the right-hand side.
(The first time you sign in you'll be prompted to enter your temporary e-code and then be required to change your e-Code. Once you sign in, your balance information will automatically appear along with any secured messages you may have from ACU.)
Your e-Code may be alpha or numeric and between 8 and 20 characters in length.
On the right hand side you have your choice of:
To exit from e-Branch, just click on Logoff under your name on the top right hand side. You can reach the Communication Center at 800-743-7228 Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM. You may also send a secure message from the Account Balances page. Just click on Contact Us. You may view the status of your messages by clicking on Inbox.
