Arrowhead offers comprehensive benefits that meet your needs. We refer to our broad array of benefits as the Arrowhead Advantage. Part-time and full-time employees can participate in our benefit plans.
Medical Insurance Choose from HMO or PPO medical plans. Current carriers offered are Blue Cross and Kaiser. Arrowhead pays 85% of the HMO employee only premiums. Employees pay for dependent coverage.
Dental Insurance We offer Dental Health Services coverage with a choice of HMO or PPO dental plans. Arrowhead pays 100% of the employee only HMO rate. Employees pay for dependent coverage.
401(k) Plan Employees can build a retirement fund by deferring pre-tax monies into the Plan. Arrowhead matches employee contributions at .50% with a maximum match of 2% (based on 4% employee contributions). Additionally Arrowhead has a discretionary company contribution based on years of service. The longer you work for Arrowhead, the greater the company contribution.
Flexible Spending Employees can set aside tax-free money from their earnings to pay for health care, dependent care or AFLAC voluntary supplemental insurance products. Insurance plans offered through AFLAC are an accident plan, personal short-term disability, personal cancer protector plan, personal recovery plus, and group term life insurance.
Education Reimbursement Arrowhead realizes that both employees and the company benefit when employees further their education. We offer an education reimbursement program that is based on the class grade received, and employees can be reimbursed up to $5,250 per year.
Sick Leave, Vacation, and Holidays Depending on employment classifications, employees accrue time off for personal or family illness and vacation. Arrowhead offers ten paid holidays a year and a birthday holiday to eligible employees.
Life Insurance/Long-Term Disability/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Arrowhead provides company-paid life insurance and insurance to protect employees in the event of an accidental death or injury.
Employee Assistance Program Arrowhead cares about the well-being of its employees and their family members and recognizes that a variety of personal problems can disrupt both work and personal lives. We have contracted with the Community Action EAP to provide access to confidential, professional counseling services and resources.
