A – For an all-staff training day. This day will be used to enhance our processes to provide better service to you, our valued member.

Q – When will all Arrowhead offices re-open?
A – All locations will open at their normal time on Wednesday, May 21.

Q - How can I access my account(s) on Tuesday, May 20?
A – You may access your account(s) with:

• e-Branch
• CU Hear
• ATM
• Participating CU Service Centers
  
• Night Deposit Box (Only at Barstow, Big Bear, Chino, Corona/Norco, Crestline, Del Rosa, Hesperia, Highland, Mt. Vernon, Rancho, Redlands, Rialto, Riverside, Sierra Way, Victorville, and Yucaipa)

Q - Will this closure affect my Direct Deposit or Bill Payment?
A - All Payroll Direct Deposits, ACH, Automatic Transfers, Checks and Bill Payments will process as usual.

Q – What should I do about my loan payment due on May 20?
A – If your payment is made by automatic transfer, your payment will process as usual. If you make your loan payment at a branch, you may use the Night Deposit Box (at selected locations), ATM, or visit your nearest Service Center location.
