Through the ArrowHeart Foundation, we’re putting that belief into action by awarding scholarships to Arrowhead members and investing in the future of the communities we serve. In just five years, $1 million in scholarships will have been awarded, and that impact continues to grow.
Our recipients are recognized not only for their academic achievements, but for their commitment to making a difference in their communities.
Education expenses can really add up. That's why we're helping make education a little more affordable for our communities by awarding scholarships starting at $1,000 to selected candidates with all of the following eligibility requirements:1

Open to members who have an Arrowhead account in good standing |

Enrolled or accepted into a higher-education learning program (college, trade school, certificate program, etc.) |

2.5+ GPA, unweighted2 |
 |
Have a passion for helping others and giving back to their communities |

Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, integrity, and special achievements |

ArrowHeart Scholarship recipients announced
1 Not all members who submit scholarship applications will be selected as recipients. Each candidate may submit one scholarship application per scholarship award cycle. Candidates may submit new scholarship applications for subsequent scholarship award cycles and may be awarded scholarships more than once but only one scholarship award per member per scholarship award cycle.
2 Official transcripts required to receive award.
3 Teacher/Administrator letters of recommendation must be on official school letterhead. Community member/employer letters of recommendation should be on official letterhead from the organization.
Funds raised by the Arrowheart Foundation are used to benefit the people and programs in the areas that we serve—including students with higher education goals.
The Heart of Community
ArrowHeart Foundation was established by Arrowhead Credit Union in 2013 as a 501(c)(3) foundation for the purpose of giving back to communities the Credit Union serves.
