Is there a membership fee?

There is a one-time $5 membership fee when you open your account.
 

How can I open an account?

You can open an account online or at any local branch. You must live, work, or worship in San Bernardino or Riverside county in order to qualify for membership.


What do I need to open an account online with Arrowhead Credit Union?

  • A valid U.S. address and Social Security Number are required.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. California Driver's License or California I.D.
  • You will be required to provide personal information, including your date of birth, and former mailing address(es).
  • If you are under the age of 18, not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident Alien or do not have this information, we will be unable to enroll you online. Please visit one of our branches for assistance.


What do I need to open an account in a branch?

  • A valid U.S. address and Social Security Number are required.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. California Driver's License or California I.D.
  • Proof of current address, for example a utility bill or statement from other financial institution
  • You will be required to provide personal information, including your date of birth, and former mailing address(es).


What information do I need to open a joint account?

You'll need the same information that's required when opening an individual account-- but you'll need it for both applicants.


Can I open an account for my child online?
