Electronic Records Disclosure and Agreement
Please read this Electronic Records Disclosure and Agreement carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Electronic Copy of Related Disclosures, Agreements and Instructions. In order to speed up the membership account application process, with your consent, we will provide you with the following information electronically, rather than by postal mail or in person:
- All related account disclosures required by applicable federal and state law for the deposit product(s) you have selected;
- Information and instructions about any additional services that you select during the application process.
Your Consent is Required
You must consent to receiving the related account disclosures, agreements, and instructions before we can provide them to you electronically. Your consent will only apply to the account product(s) and additional services you have selected, the related account disclosures, agreements, and the instructions.
Paper Copy of Disclosures, Agreements and Instructions
If you do not consent to receiving an electronic copy of the related account disclosures, agreements and the instructions, we will not be able to open the deposit account(s) online. You may visit any of our branches to open an account. A list of our branch locations may be found at our Website. If you consent to receive the disclosures, agreements and instructions electronically, you can also request a paper copy of the related account disclosures, agreements and instructions by contacting our Call Center by phone at the number listed on our Website. We will not charge you any fees for providing a paper copy of the disclosures, agreements and instructions.
System Requirements to Access the Information
In order to receive and review your disclosures, agreements and instructions online, you must have a computer that is connected to the Internet, with a browser such as Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or newer or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or newer. You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or newer. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader free from Adobe’s Website. Your access to this page verifies that your system has the necessary software to permit you to receive and access PDF files.
System Requirements to Retain the Information
To retain a copy of the electronic disclosure(s), your system must have the ability to either download (e.g., to your hard disk drive or a floppy diskette) or print PDF files.
Alterations and Amendments
We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this Agreement. Upon any change, the Credit Union will notify you by electronic mail, or by a link to our posting of the new or different Agreement. You agree to accept electronic communications, links to and/or postings of any revised Agreement and that such electronic communications, links and/or postings constitute notice to you of any or different Agreement. If you continue to use the services hereafter, your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes and an agreement to be bound by this Agreement, as amended. If you do not agree to the changes, you agree to discontinue your use of the services.
