How do I make a payment in digital banking?
Set up payments/transfers from your Arrowhead accounts by logging into digital banking, and selecting “Pay” next to the loan you'd like to pay and follow the prompts. You can select if you'd like to pay from an Arrowhead account or an external account. Check out our simple demo to see how.

When will my payment post?
Transfers from your Arrowhead account using digital banking will post immediately.

Payments from another financial institutions may take up to 3 business days to post after the date the payment is submitted. Payments made from another institution are subject to funds availability set by Arrowhead Credit Union and the other institution.

Can I log in with my Online Banking user name and password to the online payment portal?
No, you will need to register and create a new user name and password for the online loan payment portal in order to set up recurring payments.

If you prefer, you can use the Express Pay feature to quickly make a payment without creating a login or having to save your payment methods.

Either method will require you to provide certain information which you can use in the future.

If you would like to receive payment confirmation, use your own email when you register.

Payment Comparison

Can I make a payment for someone else?
Absolutely. The member you are making a payment for simply needs to provide you with their member number and loan ID. A payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided within the payment process.

What information do I need for the online loan payment portal?
You will need the primary member name, member number and loan ID associated with the loan that you wish to pay. Additional security questions specific to the primary member may be required.

Can I schedule recurring payments using the loan payment portal?
Yes! If you Register you can set up and manage recurring payments from other financial institutions with autopay.  Please note, this feature is not available for payments made by credit/debit cards.

When will my payment post?
Card payments using our online payment portal will be posted by the end of the following business day.

ACH payments from other financial institutions will be posted within 1 to 3 business days after the date payment is submitted.

Is there a fee to make a payment from a card or third party account?
Yes, there is a $3 fee.

How do I cancel a priority payment?
You can cancel existing priority payments by calling us at (800) 743-7228 or visiting a branch. Be sure to cancel any existing priority payments before scheduling online payments.

Why do I make my mortgage payment in a separate portal?
Your mortgage at Arrowhead is sub-serviced by Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI) under a contractual agreement with us. DMl has a convenient online payment portal to make the payment process quick and easy.

The DMI online portal allows you to make payments and view all of your loan details including, but not limited to, your balance, your payment amount, and your due date.

Can I log in to the mortgage payment portal using my online banking username and password?
No, you will need to create a new user name and password for the mortgage payment portal.

Can I set up recurring automatic mortgage payments?
Yes!  In the mortgage payment portal, you can set up and manage recurring mortgage payments from your Arrowhead account or other financial institutions.

Do my payments need to come from an Arrowhead account?
You can make payments from your Arrowhead account or other financial institutions.

Do I use this portal to make a payment on a home equity loan or line of credit?
No, the DMI payment portal is intended for first mortgages only. You can make a payment to your home equity loan or line of credit in online banking, by phone, or in a branch.
