Our 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members will be held both virtually and in-person.

Virtual Meeting
The Nominating Committee has nominated members Cathleen Farrar, Tim McHargue and Wayne Thies to fill three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors for three (3) year terms following the end of their current terms which expire in 2026. The number of nominees equals the number of open positions so the credit union will not conduct the election by ballot. No nominations from the floor will be entertained at the Meeting on April 16, 2026. Election results will be announced and no other formal business will be presented at the Meeting.
2026 Board of Director Nominees
Cathleen Farrar, Director
Ms. Farrar began her volunteer service at Arrowhead Federal Credit Union in 2011, initially serving as an Advisory Board Member and later as a Supervisory Committee Member. In 2019, she was appointed to the Board of Directors. Ms. Farrar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work, as well as Master’s Degrees in Social Work and Public Administration.
Tim McHargue, Director
Mr. McHargue joined the Arrowhead Federal Credit Union Board of Directors in May 2013 after previously serving on the Arrowhead Credit Union Advisory Board. A seasoned fire service executive, he has dedicated more than 34 years to serving the community. Mr. McHargue holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management.
Wayne Thies, Director
Mr. Thies is a retired employee of the County of San Bernardino and brings extensive public service experience to his role with Arrowhead Federal Credit Union. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2019, following two years of serving as a Volunteer at Large. Mr. Thies holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
