Safe Deposit Box Update

Upcoming Changes
We are making changes to the safe deposit box you have at your local branch. As of October 31, 2020, we will no longer offer safe deposit box services. In preparation, we ask you to visit the branch to close your box.

Your Bonus Offer
Your safe deposit box will need its contents removed prior to October 31, 2020. To help make this change a little easier, we are offering you the following:

1. Compensation equivalent to a full year’s rental rate for your box
2. A refund of your prorated annual rental rate from the time you close your box
3. Return key deposit (upon closing your box and returning the keys)

We hope this helps with your arrangements to move your contents to another institution, or possibly purchase an in-home safe to store your items.

If You Do Not Close Your Box
If you do not visit us to empty and close your safety deposit box, we will need to remove the contents and move them to another storage facility outside of the branch.

Accessing Your Box
You may empty and close your box at any time during branch hours, and no appointment is needed. Please remember to bring your keys!

For our members’ and team’s safety, our branches are practicing social distancing safeguards. When visiting a branch please wear a mask, use the hand sanitizer provided, limit who you bring with you to close the box, and keep a safe distance between you and others.
